Royal Doulton

A retail brand identity, destination store proposition and department store concession concept for Royal Doulton, aimed at making the brand more accessible to a broader audience – to stretch the brand equity and association from tableware through to lifestyle products.

The concept allowed the manufacturer to showcase their own products, while extending the opportunities to market associated products and ranges.

A key objective was to create intimate spaces within a 4700 sq ft out of town retail environment – to make clearly defined product zones – cooking, eating, collecting, gifting and lifestyle.
