When Tesco the leading grocery retailer wanted to expand its in-store ﬁnancial services offer of Tesco Bank, they asked cdw+partners to create a more authoritative and credible branch proposition. One that in the eyes of the customer would build greater awareness of the retailer’s ﬁnancial products and services and allow the staff to engage more readily with the customer.
We were involved in all stages of the design process, from initial scoping through concept to on site design supervision. With the added convenience of longer opening hours and competitive ﬁnancial services.
The aim to re-establish the presence of Robert Dyas on the high street. The well loved brand had lost direction and the project’s focus was to concentrate on its core proposition as the ‘really useful store.’
